  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our outlet business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is demonstrably defective or a wrong item was shipped.
Defective or Wrong Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order number and photographic evidence. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit.
